ST. MARY ALTAR AND ROSARY SOCIETY
"The Rosary" is the oldest service organization at St. Mary. Our mission is to glorifiy Our Blessed Mother through prayer and action.
The Altar and Rosary:
- Recites the Rosary on the first Sunday of each month and at wake services
- Carries a banner for funeral services of Rosary members.
Some of our Service Projects:
- Monthly Bingo parties at Life Care Center in Michigan City
- Bake sales and dinners
- Holiday party at the LaPorte County Home
- Handwritten notes of good thoughts for parishioners, friends or family members.
- Joining our RE children for a celebrations of Mary in May and October.
Women and men are welcome! We meet in the Conference Room of St. Mary Hall on the second Wednesday of the month (March through November) at 6:00 p.m.
