Mass Coordinators

St. Mary 

Mass Coordinators are responsible for the assignment of lay ministers of the Word and Eucharist and determination of Gift Bearers at their assigned Masses.  The coordinator finds replacements for ministers that are not present, including Ministers of the Altar.  Ushers usually ensure coverage at Masses, but the coordinator obtains ushers if none are set up prior to the beginning of Mass.  A Liturgy Welcome Form is completed with the names of all the people participating in the Mass, and is given to the first Minister of the Word prior to the start of Mass.  St. Mary has 2 Mass Coordinators, one for each Mass:
